The concept of structured water dates back to early 20th-century observations, including those by Austrian naturalist Viktor Schauberger, who noted how flowing water in natural settings like rivers enhanced vitality in plants and people. Similarly, physicist and chemist Albert Szent-Györgyi proposed—correctly, as modern research confirms—that water could adopt a liquid crystalline form boosted by light energy from photons. Numerous scientists and researchers have since observed that this enhanced water feels silkier, promotes robust plant growth, and yields bigger, superior crops.

While the precise makeup of this unique water wasn't deeply explored, efforts focused on transforming ordinary tap water to mimic nature's processes. Structured water features layers of hexagonally arranged H₂O molecules in flat sheets. As it forms, some H⁺ ions are pushed out, allowing additional hexagonal layers to stack with slight offsets for ionic bonding. Taller and more numerous stacks mean a higher structured water content. The displaced H⁺ combines with nearby H₂O to create H₃O⁺ (hydronium), subtly elevating the pH and oxygen levels in the structures. This results in water that's denser (higher specific gravity), more viscous (resembling cellular fluid), oxygen-enriched, with greater surface tension and a naturally higher pH. In essence, it's more concentrated per drop, thicker, oxygen-rich, and mildly alkaline.

How EZ Flow Produces Structured Water

To generate this, we amplify natural processes. Begin by minimizing total dissolved solids (TDS) to avoid interference—ideally via reverse osmosis (RO) with a final cation stage. Enhance with swirling motions to clear molecular memory, carbon-60 containing Type 1 elite unpolished shungite, and high powered neodymium magnets. This prepped water stores under pressure until drawn from the tap. En route, it flows through the structured water cell.

Conversion happens by spreading water in thin layers on ultra-hydrophilic surfaces, achieving near-zero contact angles. We apply 850 nm infrared light from multiple LED sources (under 5 watts total), amplified by titanium dioxide reflectors for optimal structure development. The system runs continuously, accumulating structured water even when idle. It functions without power using ambient infrared, although slower. Data on structure longevity is limited, so drink promptly for best results.
