GROUNDING TECHNOLOGY

Fatigue, lethargy, insomnia, can all be signs that the body has built up a proton gradient that is affecting cellular function. Too much of a positive charge is never a good thing. To counteract this, the body needs to be able to neutralize or discharge this excess of protons. One way to do so, helping improve fatigue, lethargy and insomnia, is through grounding via the very Earth itself! 

However, not everyone is able to ground depending on the location they’re in or the weather. Therefore, a grounding sheet provides a convenient way to ground at all times through Earth’s own battery supply. Think of a grounding bed sheet as a re-charging station for your body.

We are electromagnetic beings first and chemical beings second. In fact, all of chemistry is predicated on the single fundamental force of electromagnetism. 

Our skin has 1,300 nerve endings per square inch, we are designed to be plugged into the earth (grounded). When our bare skin touches the earth through a conductive medium such as grass, sand, dirt, and even concrete to some degree, we are then able to receive free electrons which can help combat free radicals. Earthing is literally nature's best anti-oxidant. 

Put more simply: Electrons are negatively charged. We get those from light, food, and being connected to the earth. Protons are positively charged. We get an increase in those whenever our body cannot match the energy requirement demanded by a stressor, for example, in the presence of alternating current electromagnetic fields that are incompatible with human physiological function.

1. Adjust your grounding bed sheet over your mattress.
2. Connect the wall cord to a grounded wall plug or grounding rod kit.
3. Connect the other end to your grounding bed sheet.
4. START GROUNDING

• Simply wash in COLD water and hang dry for best results.
• Use a mild detergent without any alternative whiteners. We recommend YSHIELD TEXCARE (but it's NOT required).
• Never use bleach or any other oxidizing detergent which can destroy the conductive material.
• Do not use fabric softener.
