best probiotic I’ve ever taken! Felt a difference right away!!!!
Purely K helped alleviate the teeth pain I had when I'd eat foods that had any sugar. Even eating an apple would hurt. It wasn't the physical apple itself but the sugars inside. Now that I'm taking Purely K, i don't have this issue anymore. I also noticed that my teeth are a more solid white and my gums look better. Love this stuff!
My husband has tried many brands of magnesium that I’ve given him but this is the first one he can really tell a difference and he says he sleeps so much better at night.

It took a while for me to get used to the flavor, but it doesn't bother me at all anymore. I do take two tablets in the morning to help ensure that it doesn't affect my sleep at night.

I love this brand of Shilijit. I love the energy and docus but its the anti aging properties that I spend my coins for.
I’m 54 and look 40! Been taking 1-2 pills per day for a year. When I run out I feel like my skin looks less glowy..

Started taking 3 a day in the morning and noticed a steadier level of energy throughout the day. It’s now apart of my Root Cause Protocol. I wish Matt had a vitamin A supplement-that is also my suggestion with this review:)
This is powerful stuff. Based on where my gut is I have to cut the portion down to 1/3 capsules. I just have to purchase empty capsules from Amazon. But we mus all adjust to our body’s growth and learn how to help it push itself to equilibrium.
After reading some of the other reviews, I am going to increase my dosage and see if I feel a difference directly pertaining to NAD Power. In general, however, I feel a positive difference since using all of the Mitolife supplements in coordination with the CLF protocol and the Root Cause Protocol.
